Town and Country Contracting is a dynamic Canadian Contracting company located in Oshawa, Ontario.
Town and Country Contracting was established in 1974 and originally focused on painting services. Quickly word of mouth spread and our reputation for quality work and professionalism was established. Over the next 4 decades we have continually grown our client base and services offered. Today Town and Country Contracting is a reputable, experienced general contracting and restoration management company offering many aspects of building maintenance for a wide variety of commercial, industrial and government clients across Ontario. Town and Country Contracting is proud of the client base and project portfolio we have established.
Town and County Contracting offers a complete range of services (see below) and have completed projects of all sizes ranging from $200 to well over $1,000,000.
Town and Country Contracting employ professional project managers, carpenters, brick masons and painters. All of our staff are trained on working in a variety of professional and educational workplaces with sensitive work environments. To support our commitment to professionalism and to comply with guidelines of working in sensitive work environments (such as schools and government facilities) all staff are easily identified with company uniforms and name tags.

Town and Country Contracting has sustained a high level of experience in the contracting field. We offer a complete range of construction services to our clients. For many years, the span of our client base includes the government, school boards, condominium corporations, factories and residential. There are few contracting companies in the region that are able to offer the degree of experience we do.
We can manage multiple job sites concurrently, and regularly work with a variety of specialized equipment, such as high lift platforms, swing stages and
high-pressure washing.
